Misbar Pinpoints Exact Location of USS Abraham Lincoln in Arabian Sea Using Satellite Images
Amid conflicting reports about the location of the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, exclusive satellite images obtained by Misbar reveal the ship’s precise position in the Arabian Sea on Sunday, February 15, 2026. The images were captured by the Sentinel-2 satellites via the Sentinel Hub platform.
Misbar’s team at Al-Araby TV reported that the carrier was in motion on Sunday. The images clearly show the ship’s wake, confirming it was actively sailing at the time the photos were taken, rather than stationary.
Satellite measurements indicate the ship is 333 meters long, matching the specifications of Nimitz-class aircraft carriers. The USS Abraham Lincoln has an overall length of approximately 332.8 meters (1,092 feet).
The flight deck measures 79 meters at its widest point, while the hull is about 46 meters at midship — dimensions consistent with the Nimitz-class design.
Misbar’s team also pinpointed the carrier’s exact location when the images were captured. The site is roughly 678 kilometers (421 miles) from the closest point on the Iranian coast along the Gulf of Oman.

Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyer Spotted Near USS Abraham Lincoln
Further analysis indicates monitoring extends beyond the aircraft carrier. A survey of the surrounding waters revealed a maritime vessel believed to be an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer accompanying the USS Abraham Lincoln. The ship was clearly visible approximately 15 kilometers from the carrier.
Measurements confirm the destroyer’s identity, with a recorded length of 153 meters, consistent with Arleigh Burke-class specifications that range from 154 to 155 meters depending on the upgraded version.
