Black Women in South Africa Most Affected by Pandemic Unemployment

As with many other aspects of the pandemic, some on social media are claiming that there is also a racial and gender divide when it comes to job loss in South Africa. According to a Twitter post by Eyewitness News, three million jobs were lost in South Africa since the lockdown, and black women were hit the hardest.
