Kamala Harris Won’t be First POC to Serve as VP

Following the announcement that Kamala Harris became the Vice-President-Elect of the United States, multiple news articles were published stating that she was the first female, first Black and first South Asian Vice-President-Elect. Some social media users think that she is also the first person of color (POC) to be Vice-President-Elect.
