No Evidence AstraZeneca Vaccine Caused Death of Italian Music Teacher

On Saturday March 13, 2021, 57-year-old Sandro Tognatti, a music teacher, received the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine. That night, he became ill. On Sunday March 14th, 2021, he died. 

On March 16, 2021, Italian authorities launched a manslaughter investigation into the death. 

This news caused some news sources and people on social media to state that the AstraZeneca vaccine had killed Tognatti.
