Caitlyn Jenner Hires Brad Parscale for Gubernatorial Run

On Friday, April 23, Caitlyn Jenner announced via Twitter that she was running to unseat current California governor Gavin Newsom, who will face a recall election sometime later this year. As Jenner's run for the governor's mansion in California was trending, many people pointed out that she hired Brad Parscale as an advisor – who, according to Axios, is also a personal friend. 

In the waning days of the Trump presidency, Parscale's success was called into question.

Parscale also made headlines as a controversial figure and erratic behavior in the last year of Trump's presidency.

Both former president Donald Trump and many in his administration never shed rumors of connections to Russia.
