Video Unrelated to Al-Hilal Prisoners Escape

After 21 detainees escaped from a police station south of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, at dawn on Sunday, Arabic media outlets and social media pages published a video clip alleging it shows escape.

In the video, a group of people appears to be running away near a highway with speeding cars passing by.
