This Video Does Not Feature Military Maneuvers in the U.S.

A video purportedly showing incomprehensible military maneuvers taking place in the United States has gone viral.

"Unprecedented levels of military activity are being reported across the United States. There appears to be media and communications blackouts in several regions," a Twitter user tweeted, accompanied by a video that shows multiple tanks and other military equipment situated on a railroad track.
