Social media users recently shared a video clip purporting to show another random and cold-blooded execution of a white man in Philadelphia, U.S. 

An X user posted the footage along with the claim, "Another random cold blooded execution of a white man in #Philadelphia, U.S. No media coverage, no national outrage, no riots… You are not supposed to know."
