Image of the Head of Gaza's Al-Shifa Hospital After Detention Is AI-Generated

After Israel released the head of Gaza's Al-Shifa hospital following a seven-month detention, an image was circulated on social media, claiming to show Mohammed Abu Salmiya back at work as a medic at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis. 

One user on X shared the photo with the caption, "Director of Al-Shifa Hospital Mohammed Abu Salmiya returns to work as a medic at Nasser Hospital to treat and save patients' lives one day following his release from Israeli occupation jails, where he spent 7 months amid harsh conditions."
