Contrary to Trolls, Large Crowd of Syrians Marks 14th Anniversary of the Revolution

Social media users widely shared photos and videos claiming to show a small group of Syrian participants gathering in the largest squares of Damascus to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the Syrian revolution.

An X user wrote along with the photo, “At the first celebration of what is called the Syrian “Revolution” after the fall of the Assad regime, less than 1,000 people gathered in the largest squares of Damascus.”
