Allegedly Racist Remarks by Biden Are Misleadingly Decontextualized

In a recently shared video, Biden appears to say: “I had never seen hardly any Black people in Scranton  at the time, and I remember seeing ‘colored kids’ on a bus going by.”

Social media users claimed that Biden spent much of his speech emphasizing that he did not have to grow up around Black people.
