Viral Video Does Not Show Assault on Jordan’s King

Social media users widely circulated a video clip that allegedly shows someone slapping King Abdullah II of Jordan in the face.

An X user posted the video, claiming the attack happened because of the King’s stance on the Palestinian cause, stating, “King Abdullah of Jordan assaulted by angry Muslim for his betrayal of Palestine and the Ummah.”
