Old Footage of Nigerian Policeman Counting Money Resurfaces Online

Social media users have circulated a 20-second video claiming it shows a Nigerian police officer counting cash allegedly extorted from citizens, suggesting ties to corruption.

“This is an officer of the Nigerian Police Force @PoliceNG counting the cash he extorted from defenseless citizens,” a user wrote.

“See how happy he is. They are like this all over the country. You resist, they will tell you they will shöót you and nothing will happen. And so many times, nothing happens,” the user added.
