Video of a Migrant Denied Entry at the Polish Border Is Outdated

Social media users have circulated a 46-second video claiming it shows migrants at the Polish border complaining that Poland is not allowing them to enter the country and that they would be harmed if they attempted to cross the border.

“Illegal immigrants COMPLAIN that Poland won’t let them into the country.. ‘They said if I go to Poland they will hit or k*ll me..,’” a user wrote.

An Instagram page shared the video in early December and wrote: “Poland regulates immigration through strict visa and work-permit requirements for non-EU citizens. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria, provide valid documentation, and often pass background checks. The policy aims to ensure safe, legal entry and integration for newcomers.”
