Does the Video Show a Recent Attack on a Kurdish Reporter Inside Al-Hawl Camp?

Social media users shared a video clip, claiming that it shows a Kurdish television reporter being assaulted while conducting interviews inside the Al-Hawl camp in the countryside of Al-Hasakah Governorate, and promoted it as documenting a state of security breakdown inside the camp, after it was handed over to the Syrian government forces after the withdrawal of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) from it during the recent military operations.
