Does the video show Arab tribal mobilization during the ongoing events in Syria?

Accounts on social media platforms circulated a video clip, claiming it shows large crowds and major reinforcements of members of Arab tribes, coinciding with the ongoing developments in Syria. The video was accompanied by an audio statement attributed to Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, in which he speaks about what he described as the honorable stances of the tribes.

Some accounts also attached the clip to a statement attributed to the Turkish foreign minister, saying: “We were aware of the intentions of the tribes in northeastern Syria and the conditions that could push them to rebel.”

Another account shared the video with a claim that it shows “reinforcements coming from the Qandil Mountains to al-Hasakah to bolster the ranks of the SDF forces.”
