Did the Epstein Files Reveal Plans of the 9/11 Attacks?

Social media accounts circulated an image purporting to show a document from the recently released U.S. Justice Department files related to the late American financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted of sex offenses and accused of trafficking minors.

The document allegedly shows an email exchange dated Sept. 18, 2001, between former Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate and convicted accomplice. The message includes the phrase: “Where is the real pilot?”

Users sharing the document claimed it suggests that the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks were planned and carried out by Epstein and Maxwell.
