Video Does Not Show a Houthi Supervisor Disarmed After Preventing Saada Tribes From Heading to Al-Rayyan Gathering Site

Media outlets and social media accounts shared a video showing an armed man stopping several people and preventing them from passing. The posts claimed that the man was a Houthi supervisor who was disarmed by tribesmen from Saada after preventing them from traveling to Al-Rayyan gathering site in Al-Jawf Governorate, where Yemeni tribes have been assembling for a tribal mobilization ("nakaf qabali") in response to a call by Sheikh Hamad bin Fadgham Al-Hazmi.
